| I attend the RE
Wealth Academy "2-day Boot Camp" the last weekend
in February 07. The wealth of knowledge I received proved to
have an immediate return on investment. I own a rental home
in Lafayette, Louisiana. I had originally been thinking about
selling it because of the distance from my home. My original
thought was to sell it for $60,500, as this is what I thought
is was worth. After listening to James and implementing his
thought process and correct way to learn the true value, I decided
to list it FSBO for $75,000. I put the sign out at the home
around 11:30 a.m., by 1:30 p.m., I had a firm offer to purchase
the home for my asking price, cash, and to close within 10 days.
I attribute my negotiation techniques directly to information
that I learned from James over the weekend. I originally purchase
the home for $52,500. 18-months ago. My profit is $22,500.

Thanks again for a wonderful Seminar. Although I only attended
the first day, I feel much better equipped to enter the real
estate game. I knew there must be a way to organize everything
I'd been reading and you distilled the information down to a
science! The principles and formulas you taught gave me the
ability to create a spreadsheet for calculating . This gives
me much more confidence when making a decision since it takes
the emotions out.
I have already calculated my next three offers on houses currently
on the market. In fact, I just sent one out this evening and
now I am waiting for the response while we draw up the initial
offer on another house! My confidence is soaring!
In addition to the networking opportunities the seminar offered,
I enjoyed hearing the power teams particular skills on the pre-offer
research and how to find it. Their presentation style worked
well with your energetic, fast-paced style. Each speaker kept
the information flowing using their unique style. This can be
very difficult to achieve in your first seminar. By the way,
the size of the audience was just right - large enough to a
variety of questions but small enough for one-on-one interaction
during breaks.
I am looking forward to hearing the audio CD from the second
day's seminar that I missed. I am sure that I'll glean more
from that as well.

I attended only one day of the 2 day
boot camp. The 1st day was so infomative that I regretted not
being able to make day 2. I intend to obtain the entire seminar
on CD to review the things that I've learned and to pickup on
those that I missed. I knew that I wanted to get involved in
real estate but was not quite sure what approach or strategies
I should implement; the boot camp was a great asset in my decision
making process on these issues: I also got to meet and network
